Invites girls on the team to his apartment for “private lessons”. Never swam in college. Claims he has extensive military experience but dropped out before he went to bootcamp. Takes his favorite swimmers out to private steak dinners on team card. Requires “team donations” for us to compete while not even providing team caps. Makes swimmers “earn” a team cap. Several people on the team share pictures of Caesar drinking while driving. He Recruits international swimmers with well established careers to the team to ride their talents instead of recruiting people and coaching them to become better. Forced swimmers to train in 68° water outdoors while laughing and shaming those who were falling ill from cold. Lost conference and made sure the whole team was shamed and felt like failures. Posts weird emo journal entries on social media and hosts “Bible studies” that he will shame you for not attending. These “Bible studies” are actually his self reflection time to talk about his failed relationships and struggles of being a short guy. He would call me names like “his southern belle” and would ask me how old my siblings were in a flirtatious manner. I have had male coaches my entire life and never been gawked at and looked at up-and-down the way Caesar does to the girls on this team. Please don’t waste your time and don’t fall for his motivational rambling. Ceaser Asadi is a poser and a creep.
