Mentally draining and made me ( player) hate the game of lacrosse. Drained my self-esteem and confidence. Should never hold a position of authority in any matter. Extremely narcissistic, verbally abusive, and psychologically abusive.

Awful, just awful. Toxic, divisive, self absorbed, insecure. Should not be allowed to coach or to be involved in the development of any player.

    Poor Communication

A lack of holding the team accountable at practice (hence bad habits in games), a lack of direction and individual feedback to players, and a lack of consistency in application of standards lets down a likeable and knowledgable coach who currently has a young team with a lot of potential. A reset to her style, and flowing that change through the team, could dramatically change the fortunes of the Bengals.

-Very outgoing Coach that knows the sport very well. Can be intense but in only the best ways. The team is very friendly and outgoing all around. -Coaches style is a tough love -Team culture makes it feel like it’s a home away from home. -Understand she can be hard on you but it’s cause she knows how good you could be. -Bengal idol/ Mafia is something to look forward to on bus rides
