    Poor Communication

The season is almost over and once again players and parents are frustrated w a strong chance of not making playoffs. Coach Schroeder simply makes the same mistakes over and over every single year. She is furious after every game asking the players “ what am I doing wrong ?” She has brought in a motivational speaker well the squash coach as she is not qualified to motivate her own team. She is a shell of a person, doesn’t review film and will never learn from her mistakes. Alumni aren’t coming back to campus to watch games anymore how many more years will this go on ? What a shame this is most of the players last chance in life to have a fun and successful college experience and this miserable person has no problem crushing dreams. Future recruits do your research talk to the players and look at the stats do not listen to this coach’s lies.

    Poor Communication

There is a reason the seniors sued this coach last year, there is a reason the best freshman on the team transferred this year along with the goalie and THREE other AWESOME players. This coach does not care about GPA's which is supposed to be very important in the " little ivies"!! Not only are they a losing team they also have the lowest gpa in the Nescac! It helps to have the AD in your pocket but there's only so long you can keep your job with a losing record and this kind of coaching. Such a strange thing to do as a grown adult fighting to stay on as head coach even though you are running the program into the ground and your own team hates you (even the starters ) YIKES!!! Maybe it's time to start investigating what's going on behind the scenes with the athletic dept heads and this coach, it is mind boggling. Prepare yourself to listen to her childhood trauma stories and her hate for men oh and lots of gender identity discussions. Come to trinity and be a part of the lowest ranked nescac team in the conference AGAIN !!!! Toxic Toxic Toxic

No complaints. He works hard and is honest. There definitely are unhappy teammates with playing time, but he is fair.

    Poor Communication

Coach Rachel talks a good game about herself and program but she does NOT deliver, really at all....which is not one you want for your child. She SAYS the things you want to hear - but does not execute. She does NOT define your child's role on the team, does NOT give honest feedback, does NOT communicate with the players, she doesn't even stand with them; on the sidelines - she sits about 10 feet away - she is very isolating. On numerous occasions over the years we have witnessed her NOT make substitutions but will instead play her starting line into the ground. She creates a toxic environment based on vague feedback , promises, self doubt, playing mind games, pitting players against one another, is passive aggressive and defensive. She repeatedly instructs parents "do not tell me how to do my job" and "if you reach out to me, I will tell your daughter." The intention of her message is one thing however the DELIVERY and word choices tell quite a different story. This woman does NOT know how to build girls up, create community or help players reach their potential. What a GD waste - for all involved. I cannot believe we are literally paying for this experience.
