Randy is one of the most upbeat professional enthusiastic coaches I have ever witnessed. His approach to the job is the way you would like to think he would do it yourself if you had his ability and knowledge. If you think I’m high on him as a coach I’m even higher on him as a person and as a mentor and he is one heck of a coach.
