Should not be coaching at the D1 level

Lacks knowledge. Would be better suited at a JC. Practice plans are inefficient. Lack of reps and instruction. It’s like she wants to work as little as possible. Most coaches would have groups to split up 27 players so that they keep in compliance and get reps in- not Thorpe! All players show up for the 2 hour practice and you might get lucky and field about 10 balls and maybe hit for 10 minutes. It definitely shows with the low batting averages and the amount of defensive errors they have. She’s extremely unethical as well- makes rules up as she goes- if you’re not one of her “favorites.” RUN fast from this one!

Very mentally unstable as a person which translates to her coaching. She is very fake and judgmental. Will not treat everyone fairly. Has anger issues and will have literal meltdowns during practice. Also very passive aggressive.

Suzanne is a major contributor to negative mental health issues on the team. She not only looks away from major drug issues but seems to favor players who take illicit and hard-core drugs. Playing time is directly correlated to how much the girls parents have donated to the program. I haven't even gotten to her lack of lacrosse IQ nor her inability to switch strategies mid-game. She's not qualified to run a high school program let alone a D1 program. Stay away from this program.
