I have been following Paul's career since he was a graduate assistant at Incarnate Word in San Antonio, he then went to the University of Dayton for 3 years. After Dayton he went to the University of Mexico where he became the associate head coach for 9 years before heading to UCF where he has been for 6 years and was. made associate head coach in 2018. What I have noticed is how passionate Paul is about not only the sport of soccer but also in the development of players both on and off the field. He has his A license and a degree in secondary education with a psychology minor from Clemson where his was a 3 year starter for a team that made the final 8 2 different years. Paul motivates his players to be all they can be in the classroom as well as the pitch!! I love his attitude and he will make a fantastic head coach when he gets the chance.
