    DisorganizedPoor Communication

    Obvious favoritism, made promises that could not be kept. Did not take time to get to know players. Would not change lineups until last seconds to try and save games. Went silent coaching wise when frustrated at games. Let emotions take over his coaching. Would not hold every player accountable the same way based on who he liked more. Played people who would miss more than two practices a week over people showing up everyday working hard with experience.
