Fran came in and made an immediate impression on our team. He made it clear he was going to make some changes and he let us know that by defining goals for the team each year. He knew it would be a process to turn the program around but he truly belived we could do it. Fran was far more than just a coach, he was a friend, he was a leader, and he was a role model. Fran taught myself and my teammates more than we could ever realize about soccer and how to approach life. If you give Fran your all everyday you’ll certainly see the positive return.

Barb has built a program that develops players on and off the field. She is caring, empathetic, and consistent. UMass competes with the best in the country year after year. It’s a shame people cannot take accountability and must hide behind anonymous reviews.
