When Mike Joyce came here in 2021 he helped the staff totally shift our team culture a full 180. Ever since the Minnesota swim team has improved in every aspect in and out of the pool. Coach Mike has a care for every swimmer and a burning passion to coach and see the best in everyone. He truly cares about the success of this team and the success of you as a person. Would reccomend!
