One of the best coaches I have ever had. Very knowledgeable about the game. Respects that you are a COLLEGE STUDENT, with a life.

One of the worst humans I have ever met. Very manipulative, narcissistic, and performative for recruits and parents. Says she is a mental trainer, but uses this to get inside your head and make you hate yourself. Causes more than 5 players to quit or medically retire within a span of 6 months. Makes you play when physically unable, and is verbally abused if your injured play is not to standard. Absolutely do not play for this human. And anything she says is probably a lie or the stretched truth. Will promise money to people and then not give it. Will also promise playing time to players who should never see the floor.

Terrible coaching staff lead by Jeff Conrad who is nothing more than a low level travel ball coach. He is incapable of player development. He has become a portal junky who takes anyone who reaches out to him (gives him an ego boost). He promises play time even when not deserving and accepts donations from parents in exchange for play time. Existing players suffer and get worse over time. He does not care about the team camaraderie and in-fact destroys it and separates it with gossip and division. I would advise anyone who is considering coming to this program to go another direction there are much better coaches that will invest in you and make you stronger mentally and physically. Starters never come out even when they are playing horribly because he makes promises to them before he has ever seen them play. A pay to play program is unacceptable at this level. Don’t get fooled by him winning coach of the year. He won that based on one player who was a much higher lever recruit than he will ever get again. Please do your research and stay away from this low budget loser.

Would not recommend this program. Player development is non existent, coaches do not work to improve player performance, many players leave the program worse players than when they entered. Coach is not honest with players, and cause division among players. Playtime is not based on skill, but on favoritism and what families donate to the program. Pay to play program. Coach is full of himself. So glad we went a different route. Do your research.
