    DisorganizedPoor Communication

Coach Wagner creates an environment that makes players hate the game. He does not care about his players, except for the few favorites, who play regardless of production. Promised money to my daughter to transfer when there was no money available. 90% of the team has complained to the athletic department each of the last two years yet to action is taken. I would NOT send my daughter to play for this man anywhere. He is a cancer

He lies about money. Promised money and didn’t act on it also is very disorganized with money and knowing what he can promise people. Overall knows the game but bad at communicating and talking with other coaches to get on the same page.

She’s a great coach. The culture she creates allows for you to develop as a player and as a person. She places high importance on education and player development. She’s intense on the court and demands a lot from her players. Aside from basketball, she values her players as people and takes the time to make them feel important. This helps to create a true family-like culture that many programs strive for.
