    Old School MentalityPoor Communication

    Never communicates roles or expectations to athletes. Old school coach who plays his favorite 11 always and only in same formation he played in. Highly Transactional coach instead of transformational. Student athletes at Milwaukee deserve better after 13 years.

    If I could go back in time once Troy Fabiano announced he was taking the UK HC position I should have gone with him. My last years at UWM were spent in a toxic environment and IMHO it didn't seem like he wants to be here. I guess it was solidified when we hear who had applied for the Marquette Women's HC position recently.

    Coach Basler is an excellent coach. He is extremely knowledgeable about technique and takes the time to provide constructive feedback to each of his athletes. He is also a genuinely kind individual who cares about all team members not only as athletes, but also as people.
