Cares About AcademicsCreates A Great Team CultureDedicated To PlayersKnows The GameRespectful To Players

As a parent of an athlete, I have found him to be fantastic coach who, along with his assistant coach, has built an amazing program! He listens and cares about his athletes, provides support to help them grow and he recruits players who have many shared values to work hard, strive to be the best teammates in and out of the water and make one another better teammates and people. If you have the opportunity to play for him, take it!

Had poor communication and contact during the recruting process, was not consistent. Knowledgable coach and seemed to care a lot about her players.

When multiple players choose to enter the transfer portal, it can raise concerns about the team environment and coaching approach. I learned that lesson firsthand with another Big East program. Success in coaching is about more than wins and losses—it's also about creating a culture where players want to stay and be part of the team.
