Common Traits of a Toxic Coach ❌ Psychological & Verbal Abuse: Humiliates or berates players in front of the team Uses threats instead of constructive criticism Creates a culture of fear instead of motivation ❌ Favoritism & Unfair Treatment: Gives certain players privileges while others are ignored Benchings or punishments not based on performance but personal biases

She’s is a terrible coach and an even worse person. Completely gave up on her golf team and has no time for them. Lies to players constantly about what is going on within the program. Took the athletic director role at the school and destroyed the golf program.

Katie is an incredible coach. I played for Katie for 4 years to which she consistently showed me the values of a high quality coach. She is easy to communicate with, cares about players as individuals, and goes above and beyond to facilitate relationships with her players. Katie is very knowledgeable about the game of softball and intentionally fosters community amongst her team.
