Lewis is an amazing coach and has had success at every role. He sets very high expectations which isn’t for everyone but he really cares about his team, players, and being the best. I learn so much in his program and he is the best coach I’ve ever played for!

Lewis is a coach that knows how to win a game (never against a top 25 DI team though) and that's about it. The only players he truly cares about is the core group of 11-13 players he plays, but even with them it's a question on how much he cares for them as a person beyond soccer. He tells players that he wants you to get minutes and have opportunities but when you get them he sets you up to fail and try to prove "why you don't play". And when players do get their opportunity they are going out there just scared to play and mess up, because if you aren't one of his core players he will pull you off with any type of mistake. They are breeding and want an environment at WMU for girls to be bitchy & did nothing when brought to them that a player told someone to "fuck off" because they were stressed before a game. Very selfish & only cares how the outside success is seen.
