    Disorganized

Has no ability to manage a team, no one wants to play for him, all he does is push players away. Season was poor due to his terrible way he managed the players and the team. Will make some of the most boneheaded decisions with absolutely 0 explanation.

Will carry a 27 man roster but will only play 15 players. Has his man made up on who will play weeks in advance of matches. If you are not in his favorite 15, he will not give you opportunities in training or matches. Good luck if you play under him

Sara has been coaching me for 2 years now at Westminster, the experience I have had with her is all amazing things. Sara knows how to care for her players but also knows how to keep their mind straight with academics and the game they love. Having Sara as a coach has made me believe in myself more not only as a player but a person, she pushes us to go to the next level and she always does it with a smile on her face.
