This is more for his club coaching but Don is direct, fair and a fabulous conditioning coach. He keeps practice moving. Very rarely are players standing around. This factors into the conditioning. Playing time is right down the middle. He plays on how hard you work. Motivation speaking is definitely a strength of his.

This is more of af a review for club coaches buy hope this helps anyone that might play for him elsewhere. We are very lucky to have Jeff and Don. They are extremely fair. Fair with playing time. Great conditioning coach. He is direct and honest. I am very happy we choose these coaches.
