At IU Indy he is beyond arrogant and degrading. Calls players soft. I came for a meeting in his office and overheard him and other coaches talking negatively. Pretty much the moment I knew I was going into the portal

    Players leave for a reason

Pretty terrible coach all around. Really good at taking over already good programs with good players and then claiming he did something. Thats exactly what he did here at IU Indy. Then last year was a disaster. We lost a lot of games and then a bunch of us went into the portal. Unprofessional all around. The real kicker is he didn’t even play in college so he has no idea what it’s like to be a student athlete.

Stay FAR away. Head coach is immature, untrustworthy and likes drama. She does not discipline athletes that seriously violate rules and somehow blames and belittles the athletes that continually follow protocol, grind at practice daily and strive to be responsible individuals. The coach is insensitive to her athletes' privacy, emotional needs and has no idea how to creative buy-in from all athletes to forge a positive team culture where all are valued. Consistent feedback and positivity from coaches for all athletes is lacking. Therefore, many players feel entitled and just in it for themselves while others feel they aren't valued. Illinois State can do better.

Great job with a small program. Coaches hitters year in and year out to be successful.
