Pedroso only cares about the win. He knows how to turn on the charm and seems like a stand up guy on the surface, that’s only to gain the trust of the players and parents. Once he has a commitment, he turns into a win-at-all costs coach. Often telling players that they aren’t competing well because “it’s all in their heads” which is a coaching cop-out and results in players getting progressively worse because they think somethings wrong with their mental when they just needed a forehand fix.
