Erin is a coach who puts on a front for recruits but is toxic to her players. She has her own favorites and doesn't let others see the field. Also, she runs a VERYYY disorganized program. The program could start winning more if the coaches actually utilized the University of Tampa and its athletic facility. Or even if the coach actually cared about all her players.
