A fantastic coach and great person. Recruits great kids and occasionally gets stuck with crazy jerk parents. Talk to the players. Ignore the parents. Granted, I’m a parent. But I saw the problem parents up close and know their issues. If you’re a parent with a tennis player, you’ve probably seen the type. If you want your player to have an outstanding Division I tennis, team and academic experience, you will not find a better coach than Andres or university than Virginia. The character problems reside with the complaining parents, not with Andres. You will not find a more honest person, to a fault. And the kids love the place and the person.
