I’ll keep this one short and sweet. If you think that your kid has professional aspirations and you feel cheated because Andres not only taught him the right way but also encouraged him to do what he wanted to do in life, even if that meant pursuing a career off the court, it doesn’t make Andres a bad coach. It makes you a self-centered and shite parent. You should want your son or daughter to succeed no matter what. If that means they’re a successful businessperson, you should be grateful that coach Pedroso encourage them to succeed on the court as well as in the classroom.
