In all honesty, Amy is a coach who cares about the success of the team more than treating the athletes as people over anything else. She focuses more on making sure her athletes get her a high score, ranking, or GPA, than making sure they are cared for, loved, and doing well in life in general. She may be a successful coach, but it appears to be at the expense of the athletes sometimes.
