Rich Carragher takes his job very serious, but is a difficult person to work for. His demeanor under pressure is seen through unnecessary tasks put on staff and a whirlwind of stress. Although he does his job well and is professional, his delivery and realistic views could change. He does care for the athletic programs and facilities.
