He is a good person with good intentions. The whole coaching staff at Nebraska has been there for a long time in which the modern game of soccer is not how it had used to be. These coaches know a lot about the game of soccer itself. They don't know how to coach a group of 18-23-year-old girls as the game has evolved. There is a lot to a D1 college soccer program that includes relationship building, leadership from the coaching staff, recruiting, and many more. A women's college program needs more than just people that know the game of soccer. For him, it is strictly soccer and it hurts the program.
