This coach is stuck in his ways and not open to feedback or change from his staff or players. Very disorganized and often makes last second adjustments to the schedule. Appears to be a high character coach initially but consistently makes very low character decisions. Does not know how to utilize his talent and plays favorites when deciding who gets playing time.
