Joey really loves swimming which makes him at least knowledgeable compared to the rest. However has little to no compassion or personable skills with athletes. Tends to make men and women same on the same intervals. Will probably overtrain you to the point of injury. Distance training that would only be suitable for crossing the English Channel.
