Shocked that Mandy still has a job coaching swimming at UC. Only reason she has not been released is due to the numerous AD’s and Compliance directors during her tenure. Most athletes either quit or are forced to quit. The coaching staff is abusive and knowingly breaks NCAA rules regarding practicing too many hours per week. There is no balance between academics and athletics. She only cares about times and her job and doesn’t care at all about the swimmers. I love the University and UC Athletics , but Mandy has ruined so many students’ college athletics and academic experiences.
