Does not have enough experience in the sport to be a head coach. Is good at the organizational and logistical side of college athletics but does not add value to the program in terms of knowing how to coach athletes to get better at the sport. Has a hard time communicating effectively with athletes, and because of her lack of athleticism, it can sometimes be hard to take her seriously and respect what she is saying. Is a good person but not a good coach and would be better fit being involved elsewhere in college athletics. I have had some conversations that are negative and left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I am not the only one. Some coaching decisions made are confusing to understand and often no explanation is given as to why that decision was made.
