I have had overall great experiences with coach G. He is insanely knowledgeable about the sport and is constantly telling us stories about his experience and will often get on the erg with us or talk about how he wishes he could go out on the water with us. Sometimes he gets overly excited or anxious about racing and can come off a little harsh but he doesn’t ever mean harm. He helped to bring more positivity to our team and show us a love for the sport that we had been lacking in previous years.
