Coach Carrie is very organized and good at managing a team logistically. However she is not the most knowledgeable or experienced. She often makes decisions on boating lineups that do not make sense and it seems like she picks some athletes over others not because they are faster, but because she likes them more. Her lack of athleticism and personal achievement makes it difficult to be motivated by her.
