Not extremely gracious when it comes to mistakes. She is intense, especially when it comes to novice rowers. It’s hard way to be introduced to the program sometimes. Very knowledgeable but doesn’t always explain her thought process and that leaves inexperienced rowers to fill in the blanks as far as seatings go. Overall an effective, but intimidating, face of the program.
