Coach G knows more about the sport than anyone that I’ve ever met. He single handedly walked in this year and set a new standard for our steady state numbers, and our team has not swayed since. The team’s quality in numbers and passion has been drastically different this year due to his inspirational talks and motivation. However, he does sugar coat things and during the spring season, he hyper focuses on his boat. His positivity can come off as disingenuous because it is incessant. Overall, though, he is the reason I’m the rower I am today.
