Coach G makes it so easy for you to want to work hard for him. He’s knowledgeable and believes in you when you don’t believe in yourself. He will push you too your limits, limits that you didn’t even know you had. He is the most passionate person I have ever met when it comes to rowing. He loves the sport and knows it from top to bottom. He could talk for hours about his past experiences and you can tell when he does tell stories just how much the sport has done for him and that he genuinely knows, cares and wants to be there. He can make practices fun but also knows when it’s time to focus in and block everything else out.
