Coach Carrie’s door is always open. She is there for every single rower on her team. She makes sure to touch base with everyone, even the novice newcomers that she doesn’t particularly deal with at the beginning of fall. Excellent coach. She will provide the most racing opportunities possible to her athletes. She single handedly moved and rescheduled an entire regatta in under 48 hours. Excellent under pressure, communicates to us the second she knows something. It’s a privilege to know her, and an even greater privilege to be her athlete.
