I played under Byron for two years and never felt a connection with him. Extreme favoritism and ignores players who do not start. Not the best environment for young girls and his approach towards creating team culture and cohesion is messy. He shares your personal information with other players and will gossip about you to your teammates. Overall, not a very good experience on his team. Do not recommend!!!!
