There were always constant problems and tension among the team because of the coach. Even his staff does not appreciate working for him and players do not truly listen to him. There is not a culture of respect or excellence but rather of fear and frustration. He will work with you if you have personal problems but expects you to be the exact same person on the field despite those problems. There is also never any room for error. I was a four year starter and wish I had transferred.
