Poor Communication
Sean lacks qualities of a successful leader- takes his own personal insecurities out on young female athletes. Lacks integrity, poor communication, overly controlling, excludes team members, seeks to destroy & sabotage female athletes, promotes & encourages bullying, dishonesty & selfishness. Uses Marist likeness to follow college girl porn (& cyber stalking), lies to players-especially recruits, never know what to expect, no clear game plan or expectation. Terrible team culture. Many reports of violations of Marist code of conduct, yet he continues to coach. When will the voices of female athletes be heard?
