I would absolutely avoid playing for Neil Sinclair at all costs. The worst coach I have ever played for. Embarrassing that he is still coaching at Middlebury, let alone in college hockey. Even more embarrassing he got a contract extension. Tells you a lot about Middlebury. His record at Middlebury is appalling. Made me hate the sport, never want to play it again because of him. He’s a hypocrite and two-faced. Doesn’t actually care about his players. If I am a player or parent and Middlebury is interested, I’d tell them no thank you and move on. Absolutely joke of a program ran by a joke of a head coach.
