Completely demoralizing as an athlete. She picked favorites and was so disorganized you got yelled at if you asked a question. If you asked what you could do better she would throw some random excuse that had nothing to do with it. Practices were thrown together and she would throw random fits. Completely let down and lied to about the expectations of the team. She left a practice 5 minutes in one time because we didn’t fill out something she did not send out. Stole our back up sticks and sold them to a youth team for profit.
