Billy has had multiple instances of misdiagnosing players with obviously incorrect injuries and is a disorganized trainer. He complains to players about his job and is overall not a positive person. He is not very friendly to players and many feel that his attitude is off-putting. As players, we don't feel we can rely on Billy to take care of us and promote our recovery. Would not recommend him as a trainer.
