Similar to head coach of UofSC swim, Duncan is very intense. But it is helpful in terms of becoming a better swimmer. Cares about his swimmers and gives very unique & challenging sets designated for sprinters. Doesn't take BS, and may blow up at you if you aren't doing the right thing. Get on his good side and it will be mostly smooth sailing.
