Coach Hogan was one of the least understanding coaches that I have had, about anything. Although he is very knowledgeable about soccer this did not seem to carry over when building a healthy team environment. He often did not check in on players who were out for long-term injuries and did not make sure that they felt like part of the team. He also was not understanding about illness.
