Cares About AcademicsDevelops Team Beyond The FieldOld School Mentality
I find the Joanie cares about her players academics and personally but has trouble relating to some players on the field. She has helped several of her players through personal challenges and is always there to help them in any way she can off the field. On the field, her coaching is more "old school" in nature.
