The AD was never a bad person never disrespectful or unfair in fact was always very enthusiastic and positive and wanted you to succeed. that said his actions did not align with his words. some decisions while I was on the team were so poor it did more damage than good and he was not good at communicating or being honest with players. He doesn't provide equal resources interest or support in all teams which never made sense to me as you'd think he'd want to improve all sports and aspects of the department. He always has good intentions and has done some very good things but some very bad. Im no AD but I'm just not sure how good at his job he is.
