I've enjoyed my time with Coach Mac, it's been great having him for my whole career. He welcomes us to be apart of his whole family, is very flexible while working with you, and can be uplifting at times. Coach's style is simple and involves great attention to detail, discipline and decision making. The team culture is great and focuses on being professional in all aspects of life.
