All talk, no game. On the surface Joe seems to be on top of all the basic needs to be a successful coach. However, his inability to genuinely connect with his players and coaching staff due to his napoleonic ego has lead to a shell of a team. Refuses to look in a mirror and blames lack of progress on tenured players. Has no experience playing the offensive side of the ball. Skidmore, and Saratoga as a whole, has great possibility to host a solid team but won't happen under him. Wouldn't recommend this program to anyone while Joe is at the helm. - former starter.
