My experience with this coach is awful. She is a pathological liar and she says things and never goes through with them. she is super unorganized and she gaslights us all the time. She has violated many hippa rules and she has been mentally and physically and emotionally abusive. we have a great team culture and we all get along and she tries to turn us on each other. she has had no experience coaching other than a 12u team and she has had no experience with high school or college other than being the water girl for a team and didn’t get paid. We have had many problems and we have went to the Atheltic director multiple times and i’m worried that there is going to be a suicide on this team and we have told the athletic directors and still nothing has been done. Someone please help this team because we are all not okay.
