Excellent coach with great success. He listens well, and, along with his staff, works hard for the men on the team both during the entire year as well as post college. Son went through the recruiting process twice (before college and after sophomore year) and Coach Wagner was the best fit for our son. Almost all the tags could apply to him. Team culture is phenomenal especially since the men on team run this aspect and Coach Wagner guides them. Couldn't have had a better experience at any other school.
