Lack of care for athletes or the program in general. Shows up 30-45 minutes late for practices and spends most of his time in his office. Provides little to no coaching to athletes and doesn’t take the time to build relationships with athletes. He could care less about work ethic as he allows athletes to skip practices constantly, break NCAA protocol, etc. with no consequences. If you’re fast he’ll let you get away with anything, but if you aren’t the top swimmer in your event he could care less about you. Wish I wouldn’t have spent my 4 years of eligibility as an athlete of his.
